Visit the Farm

Here Are Three Ways

1. Throughout the year, we host our popular Open Barn Weekends, an opportunity for the community to enjoy a leisurely visit with the alpacas. We will post those dates on this link and will run ads in The Bend Bulletin a day or two in advance of each one. We’ll be open from 10 am to 4 pm during Open Barn Weekends, and you can bring family and friends to visit the alpacas, visit the Hayloft Boutique and—if we’re lucky—maybe meet our spinner and weaver friends! (Check above link for dates when spinners and weavers will be here.)

2. The Hayloft Boutique is open almost any time you want to come and shop. It’s always best to call before you come, as we might not be here otherwise. If you call ahead, we’ll be sure the gate is open and we’re here to greet you.

3. We will continue to accommodate Group Visits when we can for 15 – 25 people. If you are a member of a group that is interested in visiting the farm, please call us at (970) 331-9775 to schedule a time for your visit.

Please note that as of June 2019, we have discontinued tours for individual and small-group visitors. We regret the inconvenience, but we can no longer manage the farm and all that goes with it, and still host visitors on a daily basis. We feel confident that you will understand why we have to make this policy change. We thank you for that, and we look forward to seeing you at the farm store and at planned and group events!

Anyone seriously interested in purchasing alpacas to start or add to their own alpaca herd need only to call to set up a time to visit the farm. If you have questions, we will answer them, if you need to know how to take care of them, we can walk you through it. And if you want to enrich your established herd with new genetics and fabulous alpacas, we can provide them.
