Snow Diamond PEYTON

When Golden Thunder is the sire, you know you're on to something good, as the big guy won 13 banners, a Judges Choice and Get of Sire. What we didn't know at the time is that he also has two traits that are even more important: lasting fineness and the ability to pass all of these traits on to his offspring. At nine years of age, Thunder's fiber stats are AFD 19.0, SD 3.4, CV 17.9 and %>30 0.6. And his offspring are winning in the show ring, with plenty of blue and purple to go around.

Indeed, Peyton inherited fineness, well organized fleece, density, beautiful bundles, even color and solid conformation. Peyton's dam is Petunia, and we were so pleased with Peyton that we bred Petunia the next year to one of Thunder's champion sons,Thunder Bay. We were delighted in May when that pairing produced another beautiful male, Pacific Bay.
